Landscaper/Horticulturist:Degree, or advanced training, in horticulture preferred. Responsible for the overall appearance, planting, and care of all plants. Includes lawn maintenance, including operation of zero-turn mowers, weed-eaters, and other equipment. Will oversee other groundskeepers on the team. Includes mulching, some mowing as needed, etc.
Maintenance Department: Construction, Carpentry:Construction: Must be familiar with common building practices and regulations. Must be able to work with existing crew members and identify and resolve issues as they arise. General construction skills/carpentry skills/metal siding & roofing preferred. Plumbing/electrical/concrete work is a bonus.
Mechanical/Automotive Attendants:Be able to maintain a fleet of vehicles and equipment, including basic maintenance of tractors, mowers, etc. Must be familiar with operation and general maintenance of standard farm machinery. Ability to operate farm vehicles, skid steers, backhoes, and bulldozers is preferred.
Weekend Parking Attendants:Seasonal, part-time work assisting guests with parking. Must be energetic, friendly, and great with the public and able to work weekends and holidays.
Groundskeepers:Maintains park grounds, including walkways, railings, etc. Picks up and empties trash, ensures grounds are continually monitored. May include lawn maintenance, including operation of zero-turn mowers, weed-eaters, and other equipment.
Custodians:General custodial duties as needed throughout the park to maintain a clean facility for our guests.
